Bank Transfers, Cheques and Money Orders
Property Systems does not accept electronic funds transfers as payment.
We do accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.
We also accept payment by cheque or money order via mail. All payments
must be payable in Australian Dollars and made out to Property Systems

3. Delivery or Shipping Policy and Costs:
Delivery Times
Depending on the destination of your parcel, delivery times can vary.
Goods are shipped on the next business day from Ballarat, Australia, and generally delivery times are;
Within 1-2 weeks for goods shipped within Australia,
Within 2-3 weeks to Overseas destinations.
You will receive an email with your Tax Invoice attached and a
Registered Mail Tracking Number, along with the instructions to track
your order through Australia Post.
In the case of seminar
tickets and products delivered electronically (ie through our
web-site), delivery generally occurs via e-mail within 30 minutes of
ordering. If you have a free web-based e-mail account, or spam

Postage and Handling
Postage and Handling is calculated based on the size and weight of the
items you wish to purchase, as well as the delivery destination.
Seminars and goods which are delivered electronically generally do not add to postage and handling charges.
4. Cost of Products / Services:
Each specific product and service is displayed on the website at the cost that Property Systems is selling them for. Prices are subject to change and may vary from time to time with special promotions and product launch periods.
5. Refund & Returns Policy:
Product Refunds
If upon receiving your product you believe our product doesn't fulfil
what it claims, you can email us explaining your reason for requesting
a refund. We offer a 30 day refund policy, that applies when, firstly you contact us via phone (1300 368 658) prior to returning to explain your refund request and secondly the product must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery to our offices.

In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned in reasonable
condition (i.e. not marked or soiled), and must be returned within the
money back guarantee period.
Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
We recommend that you insure the contents of any package you wish to
return, or else use a traceable delivery service, in order to protect
yourself against loss. If the product is lost, a refund cannot be
issued. If you are returning a product from overseas (ie - outside
Australia), you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.
Refunds are generally processed directly onto the credit card used in
the transaction, however in some instances a cheque may be drawn.
Refunds will not be processed onto alternative credit cards.
Defective Merchandise
If you have received defective merchandise from Property Systems, we will happily replace the item.
