It is important to learn how to use these sites to see what is on the market, how long it has been on the market for, how the property is presented, and importantly what the end product you are hoping to produce is selling for. You can spend many hours using these sites but it is a great way to learn and keep track of the market in combination with end sale prices by calling agents or checking the weekend property results.

  


A great way to record sales prices in the area is by printing out a map and recording the prices and features of the properties as a record. Google Maps may also be a good resource for this. For those located in Victoria land.vic.gov.au is a great resource to learn how to use.
